A lot of things have happened since my last post.  The girls are all making good progress in their English and they’re looking forward to starting school in a few weeks.  They all have their citizenship certificates now.  For Jessica that required going to Los Angeles to be sworn in, because she is over 14.  The girls all have a good attitude and they are learning to fit into our family well.  Considering all the changes they have endured they are doing extremely well.  They are generally appreciative and helpful at home.  They still get excited about simple things, like going to play at the park or riding bikes.

The girls loved celebrating the 4th of July as Americans!  It’s fun to watch them enjoy fireworks and things that we often take for granted.

In June our oldest son got married and it was the highlight of the girls’ lives to be all dressed up in a beautiful wedding!
